All workgroup members of the National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT):  please mark your calendars now and plan to join us in Washington, D.C. during National Health IT Week, September 21-25.

WHAT: 

Please plan to attend our next face-to-face meeting during National Health IT Week in Washington, D.C. 
If your schedule permits, stay for the week’s activities, including a HIMSS Policy Summit and the Congressional Black Caucus annual legislative conference. Both are open to the public and there is a nominal charge.

WHERE: 

As for our March 12-13 meeting, we will convene at SunTrust Headquarters,
1445 New York Avenue, 9th Floor, between 14th & 15th Streets. 
More information, including a final agenda will follow.

WHY: 

Review of the Strategic Plan; discussion of website design and content; workgroup breakouts and full group discussions; HIT-related events September 22 – 26; and an update on current activities,
including the NeHC and HIT Policy Committee testimony and presentations.
